KINETIC ART!

For today’s #ChuckJonesOnYourPhones we are introducing the interdisciplinary beauty of kinetic art. Kinetic art is a type of art that involves motion or movement. Using your problem solving skills you can create your own DIY Marble Run. All you need are some tools from around your house that you can repurpose -- paper towel rolls, cardboard, old aluminum pie pans, string, paper cups, etc. feel free to use whatever materials you have on hand, get creative! Make one out of old pool noodles or even legos! You can use a marble or a ping pong ball, or if you don’t have either of those you could make a ball out of crumpled tin foil. We used tape to put it all together and make the final piece. Make sure to watch our videos to see the final project at work. These examples were created by our own students!
