The WHY:
During the next months as small businesses need the country’s support more than ever before, we believe it is imperative to be part of the solution to keep these businesses in our communities viable until we regain our footing as a society when we can truly support them. The small businesses make up half of our economy and employ half of our workers in the country. These are the businesses that we interact with weekly or even daily who bring camaraderie, diversity, and local flavor to our communities.
With that said, we want to do what we can to support these small businesses in our community as well as those in your communities across the country. If we could order takeout from every restaurant in the country, we would. If we could get our nails or hair done at every salon, we would. If we could take a class from every workout facility or yoga studio in the country, we would. However, with 43 years in the art business and 89 years of bringing smiles and laughs to the world, the Jones family of companies would like to offer all that we can to support small businesses around this great country now.
Every small business generates revenues through purchases and provide services in return. Each of these services has a real cost of goods associated with it. Many small businesses operate on very tight gross margins so being a customer is wonderful and continues to provide both financial support as well as moral support, but what if you could support them with 100% of your dollars and still get something wonderful in return for yourselves? This is like doubling or tripling your support for your favorite establishments.
Here is our offer:
By joining in our Small Business 2020 Vision and Foresight initiative you will receive by mail a fine art print of your choice of any of these Chuck Jones works of art along with our unwavering gratitude (and I’m sure the unwavering gratitude of the rest of the country who wants our small businesses to survive and again thrive) for supporting the best part of our local economies.
So if you have a favorite restaurant or bar, a favorite hair or nail salon, a favorite golf course, a favorite workout facility, gymnasium, or yoga studio, a favorite opera house, performing arts venue, or music venue, or just any small business that you would like to support, help them by allowing us to share a smile with you.
You donate $20 or more (+$2 for postage and paper for your fine art print gift to you) and we will facilitate getting the $20 (or more) to the small business of your choice. Please provide a VenMo or PayPal address below for the small business for ease of our distribution of these funds. Your selected small business does NOT need to be signed up already.
